MCS Pickleball Academy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the platform at mcspickleballacademy.site. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information: When you register or sign in (including via Google OAuth), we collect your name, email address, and profile photo.

Profile Information: Age, phone number (WhatsApp), skill level, class preferences, and emergency contact details you provide voluntarily.

Booking Data: Session bookings, attendance records, coach assignments, dates, times, and locations.

Payment Information: Payment amounts, transaction references, and package details. We do not store full card numbers — payments are processed via Billplz (FPX / credit card).

Usage Data: Pages visited, actions taken within the portal, and timestamps for auditing purposes.

We offer sign-in via Google OAuth 2.0. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You may revoke our app's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings.

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your student account
• Process session bookings and track attendance
• Process payments and send receipts
• Send booking confirmations and session reminders via WhatsApp or email
• Allow coaches to view their assigned students' names and session counts
• Generate internal reports for academy management

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared with:

• Coaches: Your name, level, and booking details (not payment info)
• Billplz: For payment processing (governed by their own privacy policy)
• Base44 (platform provider): Our app is built on the Base44 platform, which handles infrastructure and data storage

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at admin@mcspickleballacademy.site.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and role-based permissions. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Our Kids programme accepts students under 18 with parental consent. We only collect information necessary for the coaching programme and do not use children's data for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@mcspickleballacademy.site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
